Limited Warranty Policy

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every mandir from The Mandir Store® is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, protecting you against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use.

What's covered

• Structural defects in wood, engineered wood, and joinery
• Factory finish defects (peeling, bubbling, or discoloration not caused by wear, sunlight, or moisture)
• Integrated LED lighting components and wiring
• Hardware included with your mandir (hinges, brackets, legs)

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, or dents occurring after delivery
• Damage from improper assembly, modification, moisture, heat sources, or outdoor use
• Damage occurring during a customer's own relocation or storage
• Decor items and accessories unless stated on their product page

How to make a claim

Email team@themandirstore.us or call (+1) 425 270 7770 with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We'll resolve valid claims with replacement parts, repair guidance, or — where a defect can't be remedied — a replacement or refund per our return policy.

Shipping damage is handled separately: please report it within 48 hours of delivery per our shipping policy.
